what are the rules for joining the group so to speak? just watching the group? or signing up when sign ups occur? :) (I'm interested in joining is why I'm asking)

Watching the group is the best idea so you get the updates of when sign ups are open (I post a journal to sign up in once a month but also post a pic for people who don't read journals
