Six days from now, I will be settling into a flat in Lisbon. So yes, I'm missing Valentine's. That does upset me a little. The ambassador asked me to go with him to Portugal while he attends to some business there and since it's basically my job to jump when he says jump (not to mention that I would be incredibly thick to pass up this chance
