I dunno dude, having baby is difficult, but its not that hard...

See the way I cook 'em is with a grill pan, I've heard of people marinating them in marsala wine but the way I do it is so much easier. Start with a grill pan and a little butter. All you gotta do is set your temp to simmer, not too hot, you dont want to burn off all that juicy fat. You will need the butter because the smooth skin tends to stick to the pan if there isn't some sort of grease there. Boner Petit!
