AT&T Wireless sucks
No more messing around. I've been trying since Wednesday to get my brand new AT&T cellphone activated and not a damn thing has happened. I'm spitting mad at this point. I've called half a dozen times, been told that my phone would be on in 15 minutes twice (the last time was 24 hours ago). I've been jerked around and lied to, and I'm not going

I used to have Cingular and was pleased with it but had been letting my friend use the account while I was away. I recently closed it because he'd run up a big bill and I'm not sure they'll let me have a new phone (which I need).
