one stage in the grief cycle
I keep thinking of that song from the Buffy ep "Once More With Feeling" -- y'know, the one where they sing, "Where do we go from here?"
So as not to spam the flisters:
I used to have this old bumper sticker that said, "Doing My Part to Piss Off the Religious Right." And then I saw katie_m had this thought today:
So here's a thought, for those of you who are mourning today: Do something good that would piss them off if they knew. Best of both worlds. And then move forward, and keep doing good, because eventually all this will be history too and you don't want to have to look back and be disappointed with yourself.
Yeah. I like that idea. Move on, move ahead, one person at a time.
