In Photoshop 7

Pick out and prep your base image (mine was the fantastic Nate Young of Anberlin)
I duplicated my base image twice, setting the first layer to Multiply and the second to Screen.

Next, create a new layer and flood in with the color FFCE23. Set it to soft light @ 100%

 >

Make a selective coloring layer and put in these settings.
Feel free to tweak it to fit your image.
REDS: -90 // +41 // -37 // -43
YELLOWS: +42 // -21 // -26 // +17
NEUTRALS: +75 // +59 // -24 // 0

Create another selective coloring layer with these settings:
REDS: -100 // +38 // +32 // 0
YELLOWS: -52 // +7 // -3 // 0
NEUTRALS: -32 // -20 // -18 // 0

Another selective coloring layer with these settings:
REDS: +57 // +30 // +19 // 0
YELLOWS: +42 // -15 // -14 // 0
NEUTRALS: +43 // +6 // -4 // 0

Make one last selective coloring layer:
REDS: + 100 // +29 // +14 // 0
YELLOWS: +100 // 0 // -28 // 0
NEUTRALS: 0 // 0 // +6 // 0
BLACKS: 0 // 0 // 0 // +21

>> MERGE ALL LAYERS! <<

Next, I felt that the colors were a bit too strong/bright,
so I created a black & white gradient layer and set it to 13%.

Still, I felt that the yellows were strong, and I wanted to give it a blue-er/"muddier" look, so I created a new layer,
filled in with 400600, and set it to exclusion @ 100%

Now, duplicate your exlcusion layer and set it to 19%

Duplicate your base image and drag it to the top. Set it to Pin Light at 48%

Lastly, I wanted to mute the colors a bit more/bring out the red in his hat,
so I created a new Selective coloring layer with these settings.
REDS: -100 // -5 // +39 // 0
YELLOWS: -45 // - 22 // -48 // 0
NEUTRALS: +4 // -2 // -4 // 0
BLACKS: 0 // 0 // 0 // +7

(Optional) I then sharpened my image once.

And we are done! Let me know what you thought, and as always, I would like to see your results!
