Using Photoshop 7

Pick out and prep your image (lighten, sharpen, etc) and create a layer filled with the color B0D9FF. Set it to color burn @ 100%

>
>

Create another layer and flood it with FFD3B9. Set it to soft light @100%

>

Make another layer and fill it with 07142F. Set it to exclusion at 100%

>

Create one last layer and fill it with FFDCFF. Set it to color burn @ 100%

>

Create a curves layer (layer > new adjustment layer > curves) and input these numbers.
RED: 47, 43
GREEN: 29, 36

Make a selective coloring layer (layer > new adjustment layer > selective color) with these settings:
REDS: -100 // 20 // 100 // 0
YELLOWS: -52 // 0 // -100 // 0
BLUES: 0 // -84 // 37 // 0
WHITES: -37 // -11 // -16 // -21
NEUTRALS: 0 // 3 // -12 // 0

Make another selective coloring layer with these settings:
REDS: -37 // 8 // 93 // 0
YELLOWS: -99 // -100 // 100 // 0
WHITES: 0 // 0 // -10 // -11
NEUTRALS: -15 // -15 // 12 // 0

Create one last selective coloring layer with these settings:
REDS: 100 // 43 // 17 // 0
YELLOWS: 64 // 29 // -33 / 0
WHITES: 40 // 0 // -12 // 0
NEUTRALS: 8 // 8 // 8 // 0

Lastly, I felt that my image was still a bit dull,
so I created a new Hue/Saturation layer and upped the saturation by 11.
You may skip this step if you feel your image doesn't need it. ^.^

And you're done! Let me know what you thought.
As always, I would love to see your results!
