Survived another festive season...not sure how many that is now but it doesn't get any easier.  The tree went up on Xmas eve and was back in the box by 2pm today (27th). It was just too busy...but at least I tried.

Apparently we have for the past few years considered the option of going away for Xmas, thus avoiding all the associated hoo-hah, but

...I never use lj anymore, but checked in and wondered how you are doing...I have found some decent results with things like Emotional Freedom Technique and other things involving poking this part of the face or hand, etc., in a non-invasive way...maybe something like that would be a worth a try to you...I hope you are well...
