No, he isn't Bob. His name in the movie is Sean and he's the one who has the green spikey hair and sells acid and then when he's chased by the school cop it all goes into his body and he goes crazy at his house. Later you see him as a bum without his green hair and he tells about how he tried to get a job at the women's clothing store. Lol. I'm in love with him.
