I, however, don't like Quinoa in its original form. You can cook it and make it like couscous. I usually get tquinoa pasta for stuff. My ex is allergic to wheat and dairy so, had find an alternative when making pasta dishes. That's usually the only time I use quinoa. But see if you can get pasta made from quinoa. Careful when cooking it though because it gets crumblely. Also it will take longer to cook than regualar pasta. I like it. :)
