Check to see what the fair market value is for the business and ask at least that much. Any improvements you made on the place will of course increase its value while any flaws will lower it.
Then you just need to find a buyer. An advertisement on the Network will a description of the location should be enough. I don’t think… the City has any kind of real estate agency, though I could be mistaken on that.
