Rental building right? You can ask the super to install it (you might have to pay a fee. If we want ours installed its 60 bucks in our building.), because they might have the materials for it.

yeah, I am going to ask management to see what their cost is and save myself hassle. Then I will watch and know how to install one myself in the future.

And, if they use anything that is not plexiglass you can shoot back "But YOU installed it!" if they try to nail you for the not plexiglass.

Surely, you have my sympathy because of hot weather but personally, I love when my brain melting. lol I'm from an area with a hot climate so I rather prefer high temperature than rain and rain and rain again... ;)

Yeah, I seem to be a rare breed of people who love nothing more than a lovely -10 with a bit of snow!
