So Asher has finally gotten really sick. He’s had a little bit of a sniffle before and a fever once or twice, but it wasn’t ever a big deal and he didn’t seem to really even notice. Something I think more people need to understand before becoming parents, is the sheer amount of changes in one's life, when a baby comes along. Usually their friends need to understand this too.

Having said that, the group we (collective, but esp. you) seem to run around with is actually very good at understanding this type of thing, so don't YOU forget that people do understand when you need to be a parent. *grin*

I hope Asher gets well soon, and Plastictao can rest soon as well.

Sometimes it's hard to know what Asher can handle and what he can't. He's so even-tempered, and rarely gets really pissy even when he's feeling sick or tired. We're both guilty of occassionally dragging him to things we probably shouldn't.

We'll get there.
