Pneumonia?

I suspect that I might have pneumonia. I am going to try to get in to see a doctor, later today. I'm in my eighth day of being ill, and it keeps getting worse. Last night, I was coughing so hard that I was going into dry heaves, and this morning I coughed up blood. I can only take shallow breaths and my chest hurts. I don't have a fever though
