occupational hazards of studying obscenity

One of the most interesting aspects of my research is the list of occupational hazards that go along with it. Studying obscenity is dicey to start with, due to various definition and logistical issues. (mainly data collection and coding issues) To add to this, there are several other hazards. (I actually find them all amusing!)
