I do have them screened, that's why y'all haven't seen them. But I don't want to disable my email notification and they litter my inbox.

you'll never get hit with them again. It's better for you to not deal with then abuse rather than have a the luxury of having like 2 or 3 other people not be able to post to your journal cause they won't pay the 5 bucks to get an account so they can post.
