so... my decision to lay off the 'net for five months lasted about 1 hour... damn... i think my willpower gland is deficient or something... i blame nature ...and society...

Don't be to hard on yourself. Something you need to stop and look at in your life possibly is how much outside life you have. Being off the internet can be a good thing. But the net does serve a perpous for some people to be social and have an outside connection with others, where sometimes one isn't able to. If you're going to aid yourself in not being on the net look for things all around to do. Friends to hang out with, places you can go to draw and do your art and the sort.

You can do it, it'll just take abit of focus, and understanding of the life around you.

You dont knwo this about me CF but I used to be heavily addicted to the net. So much so that I stopped going to university in my second year, grew a beard *almost* and nearly failed my course. I spent upto about 16hours a day online.

I realise its hard but believe me, if you can make it just two days, thats enough will power to make you run that final stretch - kinda like in a race. Once you round the corner, you can see the finish line and its full pelt from there.

I think you will do well but keep in contact via email if nothing else ok :)
