I am pleased to announce that I did not go to the gym today...BUT... did my workout dvd at home. Haha, so I wasn't a complete lazy fuck today. Left work early, that was nice. I'm near 40, and I too can say that I have no idea where my life went. But so far, it's been good, even with the rough parts. Not sure if I have 40 years left, but I plan to make the most of the time I have left. :)
