I know how you feel, and it stinks. Usually I try to talk to/hang out with people I know care, it helps most of the time. Feel better.

honestly even though we stopped hanging out this past year doesnt mean I dont care. Im really mad at myself for not keeping in touch over last summer and throughout the year. I really want to hang out with you again im just afraid that weve lost so much time that it will be akward you know. And I wouldnt be suprised if you hate me.
