CHIP REMOVAL
Chip Removals
If you'd like to have your character's chip removed please fill out the form below and comment! In order to have a chip removed the character must have been in the game for two weeks, have a doctor (or friend who knows what they're doing) to perform the procedure and be aware of the chip's location. (If your character doesn't know the location, but the doctor performing the removal does that's fine.) When submitting a form please either link to an IC thread where a doctor character has agreed to remove your character's chip or have the mun of the doctor character comment to this post (for those who are removing their own chip just note so in the provided space).
If you plan to have a large scale event with your character's chip removal approval might take longer and you might be given a further removed date. This is just to keep too many events from happening at one time in the game. Please wait until a week after submitting before inquiring about the status of a request with the modteam.

Who will be removing the chip? If another character is removing it please link to the IC or OOC thread where the character or player agreed to the removal or tell the player to comment to this post. If the character is removing it themself we need a link to the IC thread where they found out the chip's location.
What city will your character be in for the duration of this removal?
What powers will they be getting back? Describe the powers they'll be regaining, restrictions may be assigned for gamebreaking powers, but this will be discussed with you before any final decisions are made.
Chip Event Outline: If you're planning a large scale event (anything that will affect a mass radius of characters) please detail it here. Anything that will affect characters who aren't in the immediate vicinity of your character or if your character will be purposely putting others in the effect radius of their out-of-control powers counts. Examples include causing earthquakes, rewriting the memories of others, causing mass hallucinations, summoning monster invasions, etc. Anything not easily avoidable by other characters.
Please include the effect range (will it only be happening over the span of a specific block, a specific city, everywhere?) as well as your day-by-day plans for the event (remember chip events are a week long, if you have a large plot in mind and would like to request more time you may, but in most cases we won't allow more than two weeks for a chip event).
