Just so you know, I read and loved this.

Last night, even, I was reminded of it when my father was watching the National Treasure sequel. At one point the main characters are in France looking for clues to find something (I still have never actually seen the movie, so I have no idea what they were looking for). The clue leads them to the Resolute. x3

Point of the story: I was immediately reminded of this fic.

Awwww, thank you sweetie! I hope you like the rest of my stories too! They're all right in my little fiction index at the top of my journal.

You do such a fantastic job with England/Arthur-POV, seriously. I love the little details he spots and the thoughts they spawn in him, this time with the roses in particular, but also with how he sees America. (And the bit about the Resolution was very cool.)

Arthur's POV tends to come to me much easier than Alfred's. For him being my country, Alfred's POV is hard to write convincingly. Though I did like that one you'd read before where he found Arthur in his office. That one came easily enough.

But thank youuuu! I appreciate you going through the trouble to write me comments so long after I've finished these. :)
