[It sucks. But Blaine's kind of the greatest brother in the world and has stuck by her through it all. She's lucky to have him. And he's lucky to have people like Nick...they both are, really. She'd be lying if she said she didn't consider the Warblers friends.]
Mm. My step-father got all concerned with how I would rather have cleaned the kitchen and my room than gone outside and played when I was thirteen. [ He shrugs. ] The therapist was pretty sure I don't have it. I'm just a product of taking care of my little sister.
[ He blinks. ] I'm not... really sure where I was going with that, but. I just wanted you to know I'm not going to look down on you or think of any differently, okay?
[ He gives her another squeeze and kiss to the head. ] You're welcome, sweetie.
[ He hums a moment. ] You know what helps? Tea. Or hot chocolate, if you don't like tea. [ Nick smiles that smile of his. ] I can make you whatever you'd like.
[ Jeff is stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom, resting his head against the mirror. His head is pounding, and there's a sharp pain behind his eyes, and god. He doesn't want to go back out there into the crowd, because all he can hear are people's thoughts in his head. ]
[ Huffs. ] Somehow I'm not buying that. [ He walks up behind Jeff and gently puts a hand on his upper back. ] Really, what's wrong? Do you need me to get you anything? [ Worry is very clearly shooting throughout his mind. ]
No. No, I'm fine. [ Fine, despite the fact he can hear every single damn thought running through Nick's mind, and it's excruciating. Why can he hear him in his head? Why can he hear everyone. ] Just. A headache.
[ That can't be the entire reason, Nick thinks as he frowns. ] Want me to grab you some pain meds? Water? Anything? If it's that bad... [ He finds himself rubbing gentle circles on Jeff's back in an attempt to sooth. ]
[ He can't actually hear what Nick is saying any more, the words are fuzzy in his ears, and he takes a deep, gulping breath of air. ] It's the entire reason. Honest. Just a headache.
[ ...okay, wait. He hadn't actually said that, had he? Or maybe he had? Hm. ] Let's... you should lay down, then. If it's this bad. C'mon Jeff. [ He tugs on him to get him to start moving. ]

He shifts a moment, wondering if it would be worth saying at all. ] I was tested for OCD once, y'know.

Okay. [And that gets a smile. A small one, but still a smile.] Thank you.
