No I don't think you're out of order, I do feel kind of stupid to not talk to more people and especially more diabetics before I bought the product, but I really don't know too many diabetics (and I just thought of a diabetic LJ community after I bought the product). About asking doctors about it, I was going to, but at the same time I don't really trust them.. for some reason. I guess cause they never really answer my questions, most of the times I've seen them
