I love kefir, and I have wanted to get some grains to make my own. I guess I should get off my butt and find someone local :)

Making it is SO much fun...to me, anyway. Mike says he hates to see how attached I get to the brews when i start making fermented pickles, LOL!

Here's the list where I got mine from. The lady was super nice, and it was fun meeting someone local who was into the same thing :)

Bacteria balls that-which I stick in milk every monring to make my kefir :)

Kefir is the yum! It's kind of tangy, and you can add fruit to get different flavors.
