My money is tied up in an account transfer from bank 1 to bank 2. Bank 1 reports the check has been transferred. Bank 2, says the check has not cleared, and will not give me the amount in full. Money I cannot use

*shudder* I've been there awaiting bank transfers! You'd think in this modern age, they'd be able to transfer money instantly - no questions asked.
