Evenings in Ex Favila had always been a bittersweet moment; bitter because it was the chilliest time of the day (next to waking up in the morning with cold feet, abandoning the warmth of his wool blanket on to the near-icing surface of the ground), and sweet because open bar. Now, Attilic was a frequent guest of the military bar, but nowadays his stay has decreased from four hours to two hours tops. That wasn’t to say that he hasn’t been drinking at home. Oh, hell no! He has stacks of booze at his place. Instead of sitting down on his bed, looking through the networks, Attilic has been drinking and doing paperwork for the new Conscripts.
And contrary to popular beliefs, he did a damn good job at it. Needless to say, Attilic was quite out of it at the moment, but after years upon years of drinking in public and trying to keep a “leader face” on top of his usual silliness, most of his people had learned that despite that Attilic sometimes didn’t exactly appeared like someone who could actually lead a country to victory in war, he was quite a capable man. At least capable enough to help one of his men fix his weapon.
Attilic has always been great at tiny machines and mechanics; the majority of military operations supplies has been created and mass produced by the likes of him, after all. Those heating systems planted upon the “roof” of Ex Favila? Also the works of the man himself. Even so, the reason why he had called for Megatron’s (in his case, “Magnetrain’s”) help was because of the confusion of foreign weapons’ systems. He didn’t quite understand them, and figured that a robot would be the better mechanic than he was.
Leaning back onto his chair in the tented meeting room, Attilic signed, his breath reeking of whatever-the-hell he’d decided to mix a couple hours before. This would probably the first time he got to meet the next generation of Conscripts, also, which probably meant that he should probably start greeting the new, hopefully willing men he had summoned this time around.
