The state of spiritual values of the mind, body, and soul. For numerous Deca, Verity tried to develop ways to summon spirits. Failure after failure had the country swarming with spirits when they ended up summoning disembodied souls from the dead instead. However, they were not inclined to solve the problem of the spirits until they are able to master the art of Soul Summoning. Once the government finally mastered it, they found that the issue of hauntings were far too out of hand to control.
