DEMERIT SYSTEM

The Demerit System
The Demerit System, to speak simply, is a system of points in which is given or taken away depending on behavior. This is assigned on a cabin-by-cabin basis, meaning each cabin will be their own “team” - all cabins start out with zero points, which is neutral (neither good nor bad). Points are given when characters demonstrate obedience to their respective country leaders and excellence in leadership skills, no matter his or her position. Certain rewards are given for certain positive point values. If a cabin reaches its maxium plus value (+15), the possibility of rank promotions or other important positions become available.

On the flip side, negative points are a big DNW; each individual negative point has its own special punishment. Your cabin members will only receive the corresponding punishment if points are deducted. For example, if the cabin has -6 points and is rewarded 2 points, whatever the punishment is for -4 points will not be given to the members of the cabin. In contrast, if your cabin has -6 points and has 2 points deducted, they will be punished with whatever the -8 points is.

So, this means that one member of the cabin can and will make the entire cabin take punishment. If a cabin reaches its maximum negative value (-15), the entire cabin will face an execution. This will count as an official death, so look here for details.
