I end up feeling like I can't support Trump as the GOP nominee. So I'm going to support Darrell Castle instead. McMullin is a little too globalist for my taste. I have never bought into the wasted vote philosophy. It's ridiculous.

There are some practical reasons voting Constitution Party isn't a waste. If they receive certain thresholds in certain states, it makes ballot access easier in following years. Securing a ballot line nationwide is among the hardest things to do, so that's worth a lot. Then there's the national threshold for receiving matching funds. A third party hadn't done that since Perot.

A vote now in 2016 can help a party grow for 2018 and 2020, and the way the GOP is following apart, a lot of us could be very thankful for your vote to grow the CP.

It's refreshing to hear someone not think I'm wasting my vote... thanks! I figure change is worth working for. I also can't bring myself to vote for either big two candidates. I'm less than enthused and spend more time facepalming over those two. However things turn out, I'm playing a long game instead of a one election choice.

If you do not want Hillary, then Trump must be given the most overwhelming possible victory. A scrape-through of the Bush 2000 variety would be as disastrous for him as a loss.
