I had seen your post on the ourapartments community and wanted to see if you know if the place where you are renting has any vacancies...WE're not psycho stalkers or anythign but our lease is almost up and we really need to find another place in the right price range asap.

Sorry, there aren't any vacancies that I know of. Plus, our rent is going up from $690 to $850 in May, and for all new tennants that will most likely be their starting rate. :(

It's definitely not a bad hike for a 2 bedroom with lots of space and hardwood floors, but it's not as sweet of a deal that it used to be.
