I'm guessing mean, vindictive sex, or anger on the basketball court. It's probably something I don't know anything about, though, like paintball. (Not that I know anything about hurtful sex, either, you understand...)

Vindictive sex, yes, but also acting like an "anger ball," to use Hunsinger vernacular.
