Thanks for all your research. I have to admit, this person was totally off my political radar. So I guess he's not after the woman vote. He's after the Evangelical vote.
Yeah so she's pretty much my antithesis. JOY. Deep down I believe McCain doesn't have a chance at winning because I think the Dems/Obama-supporters are going to be out in droves to vote. But there is that little niggle in the back of my mind that says McCain has just as good a chance at getting elected because the Repubs/Bush-supporters/racists will likewise come out in droves.
You're not kidding. My parents were with part of the fam in Arizona this weekend--they're all Republicans but blind Republicans, in that they never think, gee why do I like this candidate? They just see 'Republican' and pull the lever. I stayed home b/c honestly, do I need more stress in my life; my brother's 'Palin's a great choice! And she's got more experience than Obama!!!1!!one!!!eleven!!!' insistence has already been driving me batty. To get back on point, the main reason they gave for supporting McCain besides "he's Republican" was "he's Caucasian." Despite knowing they're racist, you still could've knocked me over with a feather when I heard the story. They don't even really *like* McCain!
Just passing on info from other people. I didn't mean to mislead in any way. I thought I'd copied the first line of the email but I had not. Still, info is info.

Sorry for any misleading. I have researched her before in relation to ANWR, which is why I despise her. I don't despise lightly. :-)
