It certainly looks like everyone - pirates included- is having a wonderful time.

Rat in a glass!

Very nice photos. Shower cubicle! My landlord lives on his boat (where he probably wonders how can it be fair that I live in his house while he lives in his boat, but I wasn't the one making bad mortgage decisions three years ago), and advises me that he was never so happy as when he got a shower installed that has a little bench for him to sit on so he can scrub his feet. Next up for you --- hot water!
