Going through papers and boxes and I found a few music theory exams from Fredonia. I did pretty well in music theory. And I liked it well enough. It was always sight reading that got me. Anyway, it made me feel a little wistful to see me A theory exams, especially now that the only music in my life is on the computer when I think to put it on.

I hear ya about feeling old. Thanks for putting me up last weekend. It was nice to see you all. and thanks for offering to put me up more come January. current scenario looks like I'll be apartment hunting in Philly for February. but it isn't carved in stone; I'll keep you posted.

I currently have a guinea pig which I'm trying to adopt out, but if that doesn't happen I may need to bring her with me. she's all set with her cage that she never leaves (she's deathly afraid of people in any form besides hand-that-feeds.) our cats mostly leave her alone since she doesn't have a tail and she's in a cage, but if they ever bother her she just runs inside her little house.

anyway, let me know if it would be okay for me to bring her if I can't find another option. the cats, as I said, are staying with Meredith in Syr. until I can find a Philly apartment of my very own. (I'll miss them though :[ )

Yeah, the guinea pig should be fine. Rubella might think she's either a fantom kitten or kill for the kitten, but honestly, between you and me, Rubella fronts like she's a fierce hunter, but he biggest catch to date was a bug.

I find it helps to feel less old to think about how old I'll feel in 15 years. Then going back to school now, rather than when I'm 41, seems so easy and it still seems like there's room for redemption and time to get my shit together and that I'll look back on the next 15 years as when things really started rocking.
