Okay, this is... kind of a dumb question, but-

[Hope leans back a little and sighs, adjusting the sling around his left arm with a slight wince. Maybe something soft. How 'bout blue? That's pretty easy on the eyes...

Or, uh. What kinda colors don't you like? That'd narrow things down a little.

Um... [A bit of shuffling.] White... grey... neutral shades. They're pretty boring, too. I never really... had time to decorate before. [Or the motivation, is more like it.]

I don't know... maybe the people in charge of this place wouldn't want changes like that made to the houses? I don't really care, though. [SMILES... DEFIANTLY... somehow.]

They already give us enough grief, they can keep their mouths shut about the housing! Not like you're going to wreck it. [She wonders for a second if they'd just change it back, like they do to the damage of houses... but she doesn't want to discourage Hope from trying this.]

Yeah, I do. So far I've... I've narrowed it down to either something with green or something more... blue. [But there are just so many different shades of each, and... ugh, his life!]
