Thanks for the heads-up. Major media, not surprisingly, is being "vewwy, vewwy quiet" about such things. I mean, it's been 7 years since Portugal went for decriminalization of all illegal drugs, and those who get their news only from major media sources, mostly still don't know that this was even done at all (much less seen stats indicating it's having a beneficial effect).

I've been bumming a little lately; it just seems like everywhere I look, hoping for progress, is currenty in the "two steps back" mode. Small signs of progress are welcome signs, nonetheless!

Also, FYI, I generally don't filter. It's either "all LJ friends" or everyone as the two defaults.
