You know, google reducts email addresses in propper format so spam spiders cant read them. But when you split it up that way, it will show up and the bot can easily fix it.

But on your post, glad your sticking with the pushups. Doing anything for nutrition?

lol never really thought about it, that's my spam email anyway XD i honestly haven't checked that for ever, maybe i'll fix it.
nutrition is a yes, but nothing too serious, just making sure i get the proper amount of protein.
