at least you can take comfort in the fact that the bird didn't shit on your head.

it's all about trying to see that brief glimmer of goodness, positivity or whatever you want to call it. the brief glimmer of what isn't shit about everything about your day.

i'm also having an unproductive, bitter, cranky, unhappy day.

isn't there some kind of tradition amongst british people of baking a penny in some kind of meat pie and who ever gets the penny, gets luck? maybe not having your head shat on is like the penny.

i should actually maybe give 'penny' props to the crazy/helpful guy because if he hadn't pointed it out, i probably would've put my hood on and smeared pterodactyl poop into my hair.

i heard that getting bird shit on your head = good luck. i once had that happen when i was in high school and waiting for the bus.. had to hea dback home to wash my hair so that made me late for class.

i have been monitoring my luck over the last few days, and you may be on to something, although my analysts have yet to publish conclusive results. the bone of contention seems to be that the pterodactyl poop landed in my hood and not on my head, although it remains unclear whether that skews the luck results one way or another.

good luck indeed. otherwise i wouldn't've had the sweet fortune of laughing so hard (and missing my friend bryan) when he said "what is that?" my god that's funny.
the child pose is good, but you should do some back or leg stretches first, so it can really work its magic. feels so nice. i think i want to hang out with your crazy and helpful mom. maybe i'll intercept her while she's walking the dogs, one night. no, wait, that would be scary and wierd. maybe i'll just wave hi when it gets warm and they're on the porch at night.

my favourite thing to do in yoga is not too yoga-ish but i like hanging upside down on the inversion table. my yoga instructor had one and i loved it. i'm terrible with the hamstring stretches.

we should do yoga with my yoga tapes at mrs. shannon's house!
