well i cant help but say love is blind and a gal will normally hold on firmly to a r/s regardless of wad has happened. well of course there are some exceptions, but this is the sad truth...

u know what..i sound exactly like the girl u mentioned in ur entry. Only,i'm not her. But i'm like her. Each time we break up, i can never let go completely and always end up being with him again. The abuse has stopped, but he has never stopped torturing me- emotionally. I've even endured him two-timing,flirting and having crushes on other girls-even my best friend. Yet,at the end of it all,when he says i'm the one he wants, i choose to believe and fall back into the relationship. Call me stupid, but i can understand what your friend is going through. It's difficult to let go especially if you're very attatched to the person. It really is.

i did. sadly. but i realised that he wouldn't give a hoot even if i died. He even dared me to do it. I realised i didn't mean anything to him at all. Yet, i believed,and am still believing his lies and hoping for him to keep his promises.I won't know if this time, he will really keep his promise. He breaks them each time. I've lost count how many. But still,i'm holding on. You may say i'm stupid. I think so myself to,but i just can't help it..I love him too much.

well it's dangerous this game your friend is playing. Ultimately, it's her choice regardless of what people around her say. Sometimes we may have good intentions but if the person persists in being foolish, there's nothing that we can really do anymore.
