Perhaps it is the fact that I consider myself to be of a lower standard than everyone else that contributes to my slouched shoulders and frowns. There is no room to be anything less than desparate in these parts, I presume. Ohio towns are dotted with girls who would do anything to lose a few pounds, yet tip the scales in other preposterous ways;

I just read a book about a guy who thaught he was plain and dumb, so he wanted to kill himself, but then an artist proposed to turn him into a living sculpture and he accepted
