does anyone want to go to 1 or 2 Mt. Eerie shows on Oct 4 and/or 5 (both in Chicago, Wednesday and Thursday)? Or does someone want to drive to Bloomington, IN on Oct. 6 the Friday to see him play ( Read more... )

for which ones?

we could drive in just in time for the Wednesday show, spend the night at my p's place, then go to Thurs's show, then head back to U-C. Or you could just stay for one night and then I could take the train back Fri. morning.

oh, and Calvin Johnson is opening, you know, the deep-deep voiced man of Beat Happening/Halo Benders/Dub Narcotic Sound System fame, subject of much admiration from Kurt Cobain, and co-founder/owner of K records
