well go head guurrrlll. i'm surprised that folks working in the library are with ballard on this one. i just keep thinking about fourth of july when that homeless guy was senselessly pushed out of the circle area by the cops! he wasn't even doing anything. hell, that could've been me sitting there and i bet i wouldn't have been treated like that just because i have an address.
