Look at the main image. Upperclassmen told me they had no idea where it came from and how it was generated; on the site, the shape and quotation are explained. I don't know how I feel about it.
There's not much of a story, really. Someone donated money and an architect designed it. Not everyone uses it much, but I've eaten a meal there before, which was cool. It's also the birthplace of Number Twister, which is the only version of Twister (as far as I know) that totally avoids contact with other human beings.
