I used to do heeeaps of these… but I haven’t for a while… but… I figure now that I have a few more people reading my rants, why not ? :P I thought of translating it to French, but it’s late, and it’s hot, and my brain is not working…. So, on y va !

[Shoes]: I have three pairs, I know, heaps… one pair are my black leather ‘work’ shoes ; others are my black ‘town shoes’, which have fallen apart ; and then I have Ugg boots. I love my Ugg boots.
[Cologne/Perfume]: haha, I bought “Devotion : an alternative to Armani” for $5, to go with the Armani shampoo I got as a present...
[CD in stereo right now]: Ambion : ”Fate of a Dreamer”.
[Piercings]: one, in my upper left ear. I want another one, but I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it to work….

If you could change something in your life right now, what would it be: I wouldn’t be suffocating here, I’d be living in Europe, experiencing what life REALLY is… Australia is a beautiful countryside - nice trees, fuzzy koalas and amusing kangaroos. There are pretty flowers in spring, and it never gets too cold in winter. The government, although conservative, allows a great freedom of speech. Although there is a great imbalance in the funding of government schools, a huge majority of Australians are Literate (they say there is a 100% literacy… but sometimes I question that…). But there is no culture here. No real, tangible history. You can’t walk down cobblestone streets and be blown away by the history, the life that has existed here…
I feel alien... divorced from life here. I don’t belong here, I don’t feel at home. The only place that feeling was really strong was walking down Boulevarde St. Michel, in the Summer of 2003.
It’s hard… I want to feel that sense of connectedness, but I can’t find it anywhere here…
