On the last night of German class for 2004, two people turned up. As the girl didn't like poetry, the teacher gave me the definitive collection of classic German poetry : echtermeyer von wiese deutsche gedichte, published in 1956... it's beautiful... one of the first poems in the collection is... it is so beautiful, so simple, yet so profound...
