so today is lunch with the man, then dinner party chez moi. i'm cooking traditional Swedish food - Janssons Frestelse, och svensk köttbullar, med lingon. how sensational... Niklas den kock !
i'll tell you how it goes.

ja, it went well.. except my köttbullar fell apart in the pan (not hot enough). all said and done, however, i think it went very well !
I've found only one place in Sydney that sell traditional Swedish foods - lingon, hjortron, grevé och herrgårdsost... the cheeses are fantastic !
i was going to make applecake for dessert, but ran out of energy... what a bad cook !
