1. for my final exams at high school i studied English Literature, Modern History, French, Music, Biology, Discrete Maths. At uni i studied French (maj) Italian (minor) - these included studies in linguistics and language structure, translations. i studied Religion and Philosophy, and Australian Politics. At the Sorbonne, i studied French language and culture. in 2004 i studied a graduate diploma of education, and became a teacher. Either this year or next, i am going to take on my masters, either at Bilingual education in Australia (looking at Canada as example) or pure French.
2. I was always lucky, i guess, in that i didn't need to take on a part time job at mcdo to put me through school. in other ways, maybe it would have been interesting to have part time work experience. my first job was working in the electoral office of my local MP in western australia. it was interesting work, but all computer based, which i don't like. my work involved entering data, filing correspondences,
