so paul did come over for dinner last night. i made my moroccan lamb and it wasn't a complete disaster. i served it on a bed of couscous mixed with currants, to compliment the fruits in the lamb dish, and turkish bread. it probably should have been flat unleavened bread, in retrospect, but i thought the turkish bread added a certain something... The party, however, was doomed from the beginning. we rocked up at about midnight, expecting a pumping beat and a slippery, writhing dancefloor of sweaty, naked men... oh, talk about over expectations...

They always say that when you spend a lot of money, eat a lot of chocolate and get a texto from a pretty guy, you feel so much better. today i spent jus shy of $300, ate about 5 slices of the richest chocolate cake, and Paul the dancer sent me a texto asking to meet up on sunday afternoon.

why, then, do i still feel like merde ?

Aujourd'hui j'ai vu le film suédois, Den Osynlige (L'Invisible). Ce film m'a touché énormément. Il parle d'un mec, Niklas. Il est élève, poète. Beau, intelligent et complètement perdu..
