[After having re-acclimated herself to her sudden move back to Mayfield, Yuuka has apparently decided to fall back into old habits and take a vaguely familiar stroll around town

[Well, this is about to get Really Fucking Awkward.
Wriggle hasn't noticed Yuuka yet, as she's kneeling down with her back to the older youkai, bundled up heavily yet still shivering as she examines something on the ground.]
[And the little bug may notice a shadow over her, as flowers spring up on the ground near the sidewalk. Yuuka doesn't realize yet that this is Wriggle, as the girl is bundled up so much she can't really tell...and she's just genuinely confused as to what is going on here.]
My my, what have we here? A small child shouldn't be sitting on the ground on such a cold day. [Her voice has no hint of anything threatening in it, for all Yuuka knows she's speaking to a drone child.]
[Wriggle freezes. And not just because of the cold weather; that....that voice... It can't be, but of course it is.
She swallows, hard, and wills the strength to return to her knees as she turns to look up at Yuuka, holding a foolish little caterpillar that had wandered out into the cold.]
[For reasons known only to her, Yuuka is going to pretend like she doesn't remember ANYTHING of her interactions with Wriggle and Cirno in her last visit to Mayfield. Is the woman growing soft, or does she think this is some sort of fun game? Who knows...but either way...]
Oh...aren't you the little insect Youkai I've seen from time to time? I can certainly feel the Youki within you, dear.
[Theta isn't so much interested in the woman as she is the flowers popping up behind her. She leans heavily on her cane and limps along after her, curious.]
[Yuuka never turns around to address the woman directly, however she does eventually speak as she continues walking, leaving a thin whisp of condensed breath trailing over her shoulder.]
[Theta wrinkles her nose when she's called 'child', but nonetheless she clears her throat and limps forward a bit, trying to walk beside her if they're going to talk.]
I suppose that is an assumption that could be easily made.
Or perhaps I am a Goddess and nature simply springs to life around my feet?
[Yuuka still does not even look at the woman, but has noticeably slowed down ever so slightly. Not quite enough for a person bound to a cane to keep up without work, though.]

Do you tend to have a one-track mind? Perhaps tunnel-vision?

My my, if it isn't my ex-husband. I do hope there are no hard feelings, neighbor. [She surely put a lot of emphasis on the word "neighbor."]
