OOC: Regains and Character Relations
[Regains]
-Flower Power- | Yuuka is a Sunflower Youkai, thus giving her control over flowers of all types from all genus. She can grow them on any surface, in any type of soil, in any weather. Of course, these factors do determine how long the flowers will stay alive without her help. For example, flowers grown from wood, concrete, or inhospitable soil will not live for very long unless she continues to keep them alive with her power. However, if she sprouts them from growable soil they will thrive so long as the conditions are in line with what they need to survive. It's unclear as to weather or not she can speak to the flowers, and she'll never tell. It's also rather difficult for her to grow flowers within others, however she can grow them on the surface of the skin. A catalyst is required for essentially "popping" someone with massive flower growth...such as forcing the person to swallow a seed.
-Youkai Strength- | Yuuka is an extremely ancient Youkai, thus her body has developed for over four thousand years. Therefore, she has strength pretty much on par with Superman.
-Basic Danmaku- | Most everyone in Touhou can fire basic Danmaku...which are basically non-lethal concussive shots of energy. Yuuka has regained these, so is capable of shooting her basic "bullet hell" without the use of spell cards and their fancy patterns and effects.
-Youkai Durability- | A Youkai has a more durable body than a human. This regain essentially makes her much harder to injure or damage. If someone DOES manage to injure her, she will heal at a heightened rate.
-Outfit- | Yuuka's standard outfit has been regained as well.
-Flight- | Yuuka can fly! Of course, she's rather slow...so she can only fly about as fast as a human can sprint. Maybe 15 to 20 miles per hour at TOP speed, and maneuvering is sluggish for her in the air.
-Spellcard: Master Spark- | It is widely believed that Marisa stole the spellcard Master Spark from Yuuka and improved upon it. Though, hahaha Marisa, Yuuka just made Dual Spark instead. Yuuka has now regained HER Master Spark, however is reluctant to ever use it due to the possibility of droning and having the power taken away from her.

I don't know WHY you would want to interact with Yuuka...however I know some people are masochists and just seek out trouble. So, if you don't see your character on this CR list and you feel they belong...don't hesitate to leave me a comment!
On a side note, and I suppose as a disclaimer, Yuuka is a character that is hard to read...it is almost impossible to know what she's thinking. I might put a few lies here and there into the descriptions of her feelings for the sake of IC silliness...but also take these with a grain of salt. I will do my best to put in how Yuuka TRULY feels...however sometimes I'm not even sure what to think about what the Muse thinks. I'm just along for the ride.
